Do you have a studio or are you just online?
I own a Pilates studio in Greenwood Village Colorado with my partner Sara Talbert. The coolest thing?! Our husbands own the gym right next door! This is where I do a lot of personal training as well!
How long have you been a trainer?
I studied Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University. I started training in college at 18 years old! That means I have been training for over 1/2 my life! 22 years! I have been certified in Pilates for 19 years.
Do you prefer weight training or Pilates?
I believe they are the best balance for one another. Everything I do in the gym is because of the work I do in the studio.
Where are you from?
I’m born and raised in Denver Colorado! A native! Not many of us anymore!

How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your refund policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
