A new family favorite! I don't know about you, but I absolutely love deviled eggs! I was always the one sneaking just one more on Easter Sunday! So, I knew I had to find a recipe that was guilt free and full of healthy ingredients! The flavor is amazing, the protein is high and I think the whole family will love it!
This is the serving size of one egg. I usually have this for my afternoon snack 😋
Ingredients :
1 hard boil egg
1 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
S+P to taste
Mustard to taste (I do about 1/2 tbsp)
Mix yoke + all the above ingredients. Place back into the egg white. Enjoy!
